These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wozlo.com (the "Website") and the Wozlo iOS mobile app (the "App"). By providing your email, using the Website, or downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Website and App provide information about Wozlo, allow you to submit your email address for updates, and provide AI-powered coaching for games. You agree to provide a valid email address that you own or have the right to use.
The App offers premium features and an ad-free experience through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Wozlo VIP"). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's standard terms for in-app purchases. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Account Settings after purchase. We use RevenueCat to facilitate these transactions.
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that we may display ads. You can remove advertisements at any time by upgrading to Wozlo VIP.
Your submission of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please note that Wozlo does not directly store your transaction history or advertising identifiers. This data is managed by our third-party partners, RevenueCat and Google AdMob. Any requests for data deletion or modification related to these services should be directed to the respective service providers.
All content and design present on the Website are owned by Wozlo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wozlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Website.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
