These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wozlo.com (the "Website") and our local WebLLM compute application environments (the "Workspace"). By interacting with our local sandbox platforms or maintaining an active account workspace, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.
Wozlo provides a client-side execution framework running model compilation graphs via WebAssembly and WebGPU inside your browser interface. Free tier sandboxes access standard lightweight model structures. Wozlo Pro subscriptions grant rights to pull down enhanced, high-parameter model files for deep reasoning executions.
All subscription management billing channels, payment integrations, regional sales tax computations, and transactional executions are authorized and handled natively by our secure Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, Inc.. By upgrading to Wozlo Pro, you explicitly accept their integrated processing terms. Your recurring payment profiles can be canceled or adjusted at any point inside your designated client checkout panels.
All styling components, design scripts, engineering wrappers, and compilation logic layouts present on the Website are the exclusive property of Wozlo. Wozlo claims absolutely zero ownership rights over the text outputs or context strings generated locally inside your client-side compute window.
Wozlo is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because processing runs entirely on your own device, we make no guarantees that local hardware architectures, variable browser memory caps, or specific GPU driver configurations will align seamlessly with text generation processing graphs across all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Wozlo shall not be held liable for any data storage leakage, local hardware degradation, browser cache corrupted states, or operational interruptions stemming from client-side runtime model processing execution passes.
We reserve the right to refine or alter these system conditions at any point. Continued deployment of the Wozlo local ecosystem after an administrative date modification indicates your absolute acceptance of the adjusted legal conditions.
