• Email Address: We collect the email address you voluntarily provide when you use our form to request access or subscribe to our updates on the Website.
• Transaction Data: For users of our iOS App, we process transaction data (such as purchase history and subscription status). This data is processed through RevenueCat to ensure proper App functionality and to provide us with anonymous analytics. We do not store your credit card information; all payments are processed securely by Apple.
• Device Identifiers & Tracking: When using the App, we may collect device-specific identifiers (such as IDFA or IDFV) to serve advertisements via Google AdMob. This data is used to provide personalized ads and measure ad performance, subject to your consent via the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used exclusively to send you updates regarding Wozlo, including early access invitations, news, and announcements. Our legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

• Mailchimp: We use Intuit Mailchimp as our marketing platform and data processor for the Website. When you submit your email, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Statement.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data to facilitate App functionality and provides us with anonymized analytics. You can view their privacy policy here.
• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the free version of our App. Google may use your device identifiers to serve personalized ads. 4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your location, including the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Because Wozlo does not directly store your transaction history or advertising identifiers on our own servers, requests to delete this specific data should be directed to our service providers:

• Email Data: You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us.
• Purchase Data: To request deletion of transaction data, please refer to the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Advertising Data: To manage or delete advertising data collected by Google, please visit the Google My Ad Center.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed to our list. Once you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data will be removed from our active databases.
